  • Advance payment or agreed payment terms

Clients are responsible for verifying all approved specifications including:

  • GSM
  • Burst factor
  • Printing artwork
  • Color approvals
  • Quantity requirements

4. Product Specifications

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Shade
  • Printing alignment
  • Weight
  • Dimensions

Such variations are considered standard within industrial manufacturing tolerances.

5. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to operational or logistics factors.
  • Delays caused by force majeure events are not the responsibility of Alok Udyog.
  • Risk transfers upon dispatch or delivery as agreed.

6. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to agreed terms.
  • Delayed payments may impact future production schedules.
  • Outstanding dues may result in suspension of deliveries.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Designs
  • Logos

remain the intellectual property of Alok Udyog unless otherwise stated.
