Refund & Returns Policy

At Alok Udyog, every order is manufactured according to custom specifications approved by the client. Due to the customized nature of packaging products, refunds and returns are handled under the following conditions.
1. Customized Manufacturing
Most products manufactured by Alok Udyog are customized according to:
- Dimensions
- GSM
- Burst factor
- Printing artwork
- Structural specifications
- Quantity requirements
Because of this, products cannot generally be returned once production has been completed.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Resolution
A replacement or corrective action may be considered if:
- Delivered products significantly differ from approved specifications
- Material defects are identified
- Incorrect quantities are supplied
- Manufacturing defects exceed agreed tolerances
Supporting evidence including photographs, videos or inspection reports may be requested.
3. Reporting Timeline
Issues must be reported within:
- 48 hours of delivery for visible defects
- 7 days for specification-related concerns
Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.
4. Inspection Process
Alok Udyog reserves the right to:
- Inspect the products
- Request samples
- Conduct internal quality verification
- Review approved purchase order specifications
Resolution decisions will be made after review.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or returns may not apply in cases involving:
- Approved artwork errors
- Minor manufacturing variations within tolerance
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper storage or handling by customer
- Delay claims caused by external logistics conditions
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels
- Partial refunds may apply based on order review
